Colorado Sled Hockey has programs for every participant. Currently there is a Colorado Avalanche -sponsored adult team and youth program.
The adult team is part of the members of the Western Sled Hockey League along with teams from the Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Sacramento areas. These teams meet on a monthly basis, rotating between cities. League play begins in December adn runs for 4 months.In March a league champion is crowned.
As participation continues to grow, our goal is to have four Colorado teams who will play each other regularly, and from which a "travel team" will be selected by the coaches.
The Little Av's - youth players - participate in a variety of camps, clinics and compete in monthly games this year against the Colorado Springs program. As more players join, we will create teams for competitive games.
